A poetic and crazy odyssey, a veritable fireworks display of cardboard scraps, crowned Best Public Theatre Show at the Molières 2022! After Bigre, Molière for Best Comedy 2017, Pierre Guillois and Olivier Martin-Salvan, in a fireworks display of cardboard scraps, invite you on an imaginary journey, a fusion of the wild antics of a 'cartoons' cabaret and a Shakespearean epic. He leaves the plains of the Great North, cursed by a mermaid caught by accident. He escapes on skates, a scooter, a cardboard plane. He discovers Scotland, heads south again on a mule's back, murders a few bagpipers along the way, always searching for love. But the actor in a three-piece suit remains seated; that's the madness of the show. His sidekick in a swimsuit bustles around him with hundreds of pieces of cardboard on which are written the names of countries, accessories, or creatures encountered. A series of incredible adventures unfolded with ingenuity and gags, it's an explosion of brilliant and whimsical ideas.
