As a storm threatens, Richard, a director on the way back up, comes to give his first drama class in a prison. He hopes for a large turnout, which would lead to more classes – and more fees – but only two inmates show up: Kevin, a wild young man, and Ange, a silent fifty-year-old, who is only there to accompany his friend. Richard, assisted by one of his former actresses – incidentally his ex-wife – and an inexperienced social worker, chooses to give his class anyway…
