Queen(Ares) (Lille) - Post Hardcore A well-known band from the Lille scene, Queen(Ares) forge truly intense music. The members, from Sylvaine, The Lumberjack Feedback, General Lee / Junon, Big Bernie, draw from metal, shoegaze, hardcore, and death, mixing their different roots into a cocktail all their own. Their tracks are driven by lyrics oscillating between introspection and contemplative frescoes, between saturated vocals and contemplative melodies. Their music aims to be organic, human, enraged.
