With immense tenderness and a great deal of humour, Mohamed El Khatib gives a voice to a troupe of uninhibited seniors. Invigorating! Be warned: those in the spotlight are liable, like Dalida, to die on stage. With an average age of 81, these 'old men' and 'old women' are nonetheless gripped by multiple desires, consumed by passionate affairs or adolescent-like flings. After the children of divorcees (La Dispute) or RC Lens supporters (Stadium), Mohamed El Khatib shines a light on the ultimate taboo: the sexual lives of the elderly. With incredible freedom, these non-professional actors share their emotions, their dreams, their regrets sometimes, right up to the tragedy of a Romeo and Juliet experienced in a nursing home.
