The life of Eric Tabarly is an incredible story, worthy of ancient epics. It combines adventures, exploits, and twists of fate. A life dedicated to sailing and the wind, to the present moment… to the precarious and poetic balance of life.

Yet, deep within the robust, athletic, silent, and unbreakable man lay a shy 6-year-old child who had fallen in love with the most beautiful of sailboats: the Pen Duick. The way he always managed his own weaknesses or the forces of nature can inspire the younger generation.

Eric Tabarly was never afraid of anything, neither storms nor the dangers of the ocean. The only fear that inhabited him was that of children, because being a parent means becoming vulnerable. This show is for them.
