An essential beverage, beer has evolved over a few millennia from the status of "ritual drink" to that of "universal drink" and is enjoyed from the Atlantic to the Urals. Popular and distinguished, it has conquered the hearts of the working classes as well as those of City of London traders or the bohemian bourgeoisie in the chic and trendy bars of Saint-Germain-les-Prés because, one thing is certain, beer knows nothing of class struggle. It was high time to pay tribute to it! The author: Ronny Coutteure is a Belgian actor, director, and stage director. He has worked for cinema, radio, television, opera, and theatre and is the author and performer of several one-man shows. Internationally, he is best known for his regular role as Rémy Baudouin, Indiana Jones' Belgian friend, played by Sean Patrick Flanery in The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles.
