The classical repertoire is performed in Paris by two worlds that barely meet. On one side, the large houses and historic theatres — Théâtre de la Michodière, Théâtre de la Porte Saint-Martin, Studio Hébertot, Artistic Athévains — which stage one substantial production a season. On the other, a network of pocket theatres that have made the canon their speciality and play it all year: Théâtre du Nord-Ouest is by far the most represented stage in our catalogue for this category, ahead of Théâtre le Ranelagh, Essaïon, À la Folie Théâtre, La Comédie Saint-Michel and Théâtre de l’Île Saint-Louis Paul Rey.
