Their creation, inspired by the Nordeste, plants a range of cocos (pronounced "côcou") and other emancipatory and festive rhythms. For Le Sonambule's season opening, Poplitê arrives with their first album under their arm. Enough to deploy beautiful rodas of songs and dances!

A Roda do Pavão / The Peacock's WheelThe evening's musical team invites you to an improvised and participatory roda of percussion and voices. Come and share your traditional and original cocos, bring your navels together and make your knees vibrate.

We will sing and dance under the aegis of Poplitê's Peacock, a protective, pacifist, travelling animal and creator of magical rounds.
