An impressive artistic and technical challenge for five ice puppets and five performers. Immutable and constantly renewed, the wave is a metaphor for the passage of time and its eternal cycle. The characters in the story, five friends in search of themselves, evolve with the atmospheric variations of a marine landscape, from dawn to dusk. Fascinated by the energy and intensity of this poem, Élise Vigneron, director and puppeteer, chose to adapt it for the theatre and to represent its characters with human-sized ice figures.
