Elephanz

ELEPHANZ is a French band formed in Nantes in 2008 by Maxime and Jonathan Verleysen, two brothers raised on the sounds of the 60s, who love folk songwriting, the pop format, and the Hits that have made music history.

The duo's songs are little musical gems with powerful melodic lines. The brothers' voices harmonise, respond to each other, or clash in a sophisticated and masterful synth-pop concert. Their track “Maryland” is certified platinum single with over 30 million streams.

Fifteen years after their first album “Time for a change”, and with the experience of two others (“Elephanz” 2017, and “Rien de personnel” 2023), ELEPHANZ returns today with a fourth album that evokes their first loves, those sung from the heart with hands clasped around a guitar.

This new album will tell, in ten songs, a story of returning to oneself, like coming home after years of travelling the world, only to realise that everything needed to know oneself was already at the starting line.
