A ciné-concert for young audiences, following in the footsteps of Georges Méliès, the cinema magician!

A former illusionist who became a pioneer of the 7th art, Méliès transformed the screen into a playground where anything is possible: fantastic journeys, magical creatures, and extraordinary machines.

Through the images of Voyage à travers l’impossible and Le Royaume des fées, spectators embark on adventures as spectacular as they are dreamlike.

In one, a troupe of daring explorers traverses incredible landscapes — fantastic mountains, raging oceans, or starry skies — on an extravagant expedition worthy of a child's dream.

In the other, the audience plunges into an enchanted universe populated by princesses, fairies, and metamorphoses, where heroes face a thousand trials before finding the light.

To accompany these imaginary worlds, piano, cello, and electric guitar weave a stunning and poetic live soundscape. Between jazz and contemporary textures, the music brings to life the wild adventures of the characters invented by Méliès.

A visual and musical show full of surprises, like an open door to imagination and adventure — to discover with the family from age 4! Duration: 50 minutes. For all audiences aged 4 and up. Each ticket is 13 € online (single price, valid for 1 person, child or adult).

Doors open 30 minutes before. Reservations highly recommended. Around the concert: workshop on improvisation and composition of music for images. In co-production with Pégazz & l'Hélicon. As part of the Graines de jazz festival.
