Now based in the south of France, this major artist of contemporary jazz is renowned for the depth of his playing, his exceptional listening skills, and his ability to navigate between aesthetics with remarkable freedom.

A sought-after collaborator, he has accompanied essential figures such as Joshua Redman, Ben Wendel, Gerald Clayton, Kendrick Scott, Charles Lloyd, and Logan Richardson for over twenty years.

Featured on numerous significant recordings on the international jazz scene, he simultaneously develops a singular personal body of work, where modern jazz, blues, Afro-Latin music, folk, and contemporary influences intersect.

After "Introducing Joe Sanders" and "Humanity", he presents his new album, "Parallels", in 2026, an intimate and ambitious project that reveals the full richness of his musical universe and confirms his place among the most creative voices of his generation.
