Overview
Four actresses are trying to put on a play, but many things are still far from ready. Lila, the director and author, will have to arm herself with patience in the face of Lucie's naivety, Pauline's 'slightly feminist' side, and Gaby's limited talent.
The audience attends the rehearsals, sharing in the actresses' intimacy, their outbursts, their confidences, and their sensitivity. With these women, the atmosphere is sometimes electric: no time to get bored! "Women must be attractive, that's their role!
" It has been this way since the dawn of time. These four actresses tackle the delicate subject of female desirability with humour and lightness. Enough to laugh out loud while also prompting some deeper reflections. A beautiful tribute to women! And a nod to men!
