Koala is a funny, musical, and intimate one-man show where Thomas dismantles everything that was put into his head to make him a "real man, damn it"!
From birth to adulthood, he humorously deconstructs the injunctions to virility: to silence his emotions, hate his body, perform sex, and shut up. Between bursts of laughter and moving moments, Koala talks about masculinity, consent, vulnerability, and self-reconciliation.
