Overview
Actor Sergi López, known for his cinematic career, returns to the theatre with NON SOLUM. Starting from Arthur Rimbaud's famous line, "Je est un autre" (I is another), Sergi López delivers a one-man show that is disarmingly joyful and contagiously witty. An actor in numerous films, including Western, Harry un ami qui vous veut du bien (César for Best Actor in 2001), Le labyrinthe de Pan, Sirat (Jury Prize, Cannes Film Festival 2025), among others, Sergi López is also a great theatre actor and writer. And here he is, a bit more of a clown-poet, with this existential comedy. Desperately alone, a man multiplies himself into about twenty different characters who gradually populate the stage, converse with each other, and try to elucidate a few mysteries such as paradise, the fear of going mad, differences, death, the ideal woman… All these slightly eccentric characters draw the audience into a whimsical, poetic world where humour does not prevent emotion and philosophical reflection. Sergi López is also a wonderful comedian!
