She traces her family's history and questions our era: Have we remained children playing arm wrestling in the playground? What is the true secret power of fairies? She also talks about couples, living together, and this intimate quest: managing to duplicate oneself. From freezing oocytes as a single woman to experiencing a miscarriage as a couple, she sincerely recounts the sometimes painful stages of a path fraught with pitfalls towards motherhood.
