Roberto Zucco

One night, Roberto Zucco escapes from the prison where he was incarcerated for the murder of his father. Thus begins a dizzying flight, punctuated by encounters, illustrating a quest for identity. While he is constantly hunted by inspectors, his angelic face only intrigues: how can such a handsome boy act like this? Inspired by a true story, Koltès' play explores the dark side that slumbers within each of us. It questions our relationship with violence, freedom, desire, and the place we seek in society. Carried by a poetic and raw language, this epic plunges into the heart of our contradictions between fear and fascination.
