A respectable civil servant returns home, having just cheated on his wife, and seeks every possible excuse to explain his lateness... It is then that he realises his wife herself has not yet returned!
Caught in his own trap, he is then overwhelmed by an uncontrolled fit of jealousy, dragging him into a dazzling and ludicrous obsessive delirium.
This deliciously cruel text explores with panache, in the tradition of boulevard theatre, the torments of self-esteem and the mechanisms of jealousy...
Between finely crafted dialogues, burlesque paranoia, and jubilant twists, Michel FAU offers us a colourful vaudeville, a satire as funny as it is biting!
