Contemporary Jazz — Carte blanche to Gautier Garrigue, a rising star of the European jazz scene, who illuminates the stage with audacious compositions alongside Federico Casagrande.

Viewed from Earth, Sirius is the brightest star after the Sun. It is both very bright and relatively close to Earth. For many centuries, it concealed its peculiarity from astronomers: that of actually being a binary star, a system of two stars orbiting a common point. Whether as leaders or sidemen, Federico Casagrande and Gautier Garrigue are among the most in-demand musicians on the European jazz scene and collaborate with artists such as Vincent Peirani, Henri Texier, Flash Pig, Émile Parisien… They can be found together in various formations, including the famous trio The Drops. While their collaboration began in Paris over fifteen years ago, it is around their personal compositions and a shared elegance in their approach that they reunite for this new project. A duo already described by Jazz News magazine as magical!
