A pioneer of conscious and free hip-hop, the group established itself from its beginnings with uncompromising lyrics, committed texts, and extraordinary artistic freedom.
Assassin is the first French rap group to achieve a gold record in total independence by producing and distributing its music via its own label, Assassin Productions. The group then became an essential reference and a major influence on this culture in France and internationally.
With over a million albums sold and tracks that have become cult classics, Assassin has influenced several generations of artists. In 2026, the group makes its grand return with a new album and a tour, faithful to its militant, creative DNA and its artistic standards.
