About — The venue
The Allianz Riviera, also known as the Nice Stadium and Riviera Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium located in the Saint-Isidore district of Nice in the Alpes-Maritimes.
Inaugurated on 22 September 2013 after nearly two years of construction, the Nice venue has 36,178 seats. OGC Nice has been the resident club ever since. The Allianz Riviera hosted several matches of the UEFA Euro 2016 football championship.
