Aux Belles Poules

Aux Belles Poules is a former brothel located at number 32, Rue Blondel, in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, France.

The façade is entirely covered with a decorative mosaic of broken tiles from the 1930s (with red dominating on the ground floor). The interior, not visible to the public, is decorated with ceramics from the 1920s, depicting erotic themes.

The vestibule, staircase, and interior decor have been listed as historical monuments since 26 March 1997.

The brothel used to host “living pictures” (L’épouse se réveille, Les officiers de marine en goguette, and La nonne affolée).
