About — The artist
The Hacker, whose real name is Michel Amato, is a techno DJ and music producer who has worked extensively with Miss Kittin. His work is influenced by electro artists such as Kraftwerk, new wave artists such as The Cure and Depeche Mode, as well as by the French rave scene of the early 1990s.
