Roland Timsit is a French actor, artistic director, stage director, and politician, born on 29 May 1958 in Algiers.
A trade unionist, he served as secretary-general of the Syndicat national libre des acteurs de Force ouvrière. A member of La France insoumise, he was elected in 2026 as a Paris councillor and also as a councillor for the 19th arrondissement of Paris.
