About — The artist
Nicolas Krauze is a French conductor. He notably conducts the Orchestre de chambre Nouvelle Europe, which he co-founded in 2003 and of which he is the artistic and musical director.
In 2013, he was appointed principal guest conductor of the Almaty Symphony Orchestra, one of Kazakhstan's main national symphony orchestras.
In 2018, he was appointed principal guest conductor at the National Philharmonic of Ukraine in Kyiv, the first foreigner in history to be appointed to this position.
