Marie Élisabeth Jolly or Joly, known as Mlle Jolly or Joly, was an 18th-century French actress, a member and then a sociétaire of the Comédie-Française from 1781 to 1793. She was born on 8 April 1761 in Versailles and died on 5 May 1798 in Paris.
A sociétaire of the Comédie-Française before its closure in 1793, Marie Joly can be considered “one of the most beloved stars of the Parisian public” of her time.
