Anna Charlotta Pedersen, known as Lotta Engberg, born on March 5, 1963, in Överkalix (Norrbotten, Sweden), is a Swedish pianist, dansband, and pop singer.
In 1987, Lotta Engberg won Melodifestivalen (the Swedish pre-selection for the Eurovision Song Contest) after several attempts with the song Fyra Bugg & en Coca Cola, renamed Boogaloo for the occasion due to rights issues. She achieved twelfth place in the international competition.
Married to Anders Engberg, they performed as a duo from 1989 to 1994. She then resumed her solo career and became so popular that the Swedish postal service issued a stamp with her likeness in 1999.
