Hélène Ségara, whose real name is Hélène Rizzo, is a French singer, born on February 26, 1971, in Six-Fours-les-Plages or La Seyne-sur-Mer, in the Var department.
In 1996, she achieved her first success with the song Je vous aime adieu, followed the next year by Vivo per lei in a duet with Andrea Bocelli. In 1998, she played the role of Esmeralda during the tours of the musical Notre-Dame de Paris. Hélène Ségara then achieved great success with titles such as Il y a trop de gens qui t'aiment (1999), Elle tu l'aimes (2000), L'amour est un soleil (2003), and On n'oublie jamais rien, on vit avec (2003), in a duet with Laura Pausini, selling over 10 million records.
In 2015, she joined the jury of the television show La France a un incroyable talent broadcast on M6.
