About — The artist
Gustavo Roy Díaz (born in a working-class neighbourhood of Santurce, Puerto Rico), better known by the pseudonym Big Boy, is a raggamuffin toaster famous for his biggest hit, Mis Ojos Lloran por ti.
He embarked on a musical career at the age of 13 and distinguished himself as one of the pioneers of Latin raggamuffin, which led to reggaeton. He was one of the first to introduce this musical style to Europe on the international market.
