Anne Roumanoff, born on 25 September 1965 in Paris, is a French comedian and actress.

She is notably known for her sketches broadcast on television or radio and for her stage shows.

She began her career as a comedian on stage in 1987 with a first solo show, Bernadette, calme-toi!, at the Blancs-Manteaux café-théâtre. She then performed at the Théâtre Grévin in 1991, followed by the Comédie-Caumartin, the Olympia, and Bobino, among others, during the following decade. She also appeared on the France Inter show Rien à cirer, presented by Laurent Ruquier, from 1991 to 1997. In 2003, she co-hosted a show for Swiss Romande television. The following year, she toured France and Quebec with her show Follement Roumanoff.

During the subsequent decade, Anne Roumanoff diversified her activities. She continued to perform her shows on stage, notably Anne a 20 ans in 2007 to celebrate her twenty-year career, and Aimons-nous les uns les autres, which was performed at the Olympia in 2015, then toured various French-speaking countries as well as Great Britain and the United States. In 2007, she became a columnist on the show Vivement dimanche prochain, and presented several shows and programmes to introduce young comedians. She also founded the humour website Youhumour with her husband and producer Philippe Vaillant. She was the patron of the 24th edition of the Téléthon in 2010 and was appointed Officer of the Order of Arts and Letters in 2015.
