Brandon Hagen (guitar, vocals) and Drew McDonald (drums) formed Vundabar in high school, as neighbours, then brought in Zack Abramo (bass) as they emerged from the DIY scene in Boston and Western Massachusetts.
From house shows to small clubs, and even opening for Beck, their crystalline and saturated sounds with math rock and surf touches, imbued with a post-punk spirit, have given rise to one of the sharpest catalogues of the last decade.
Yot Club is a multi-platinum indie-rock singer-songwriter. With his 3rd album Simpleton, he scuttles the utopian vision of American suburbs, turning that carefully ordered life into a mirage.
