What if we discovered the greatest composers in history... like we discover a fairy tale character? This is the original principle behind this new concept: bringing composers themselves to life through a biographical musical tale — a rare form, designed to pique the audience's curiosity while recounting, with humour and tenderness, who these figures really were, figures we often know... without truly knowing them.

For this first episode: Antonio Vivaldi. A priest against his will, a composer overflowing with inspiration, leader of an extraordinary orchestra of young female musicians in Venice... and a star so renowned that he can no longer take a step in his city without being mobbed! Fortunately, Carnival is approaching. And for an afternoon, masked and costumed, Antonio will finally be able to slip into the crowd, dance, laugh... incognito.

Between laughter, anecdotes, and great music played live by our string orchestra, children (and parents!) will discover the composer of The Four Seasons in a mischievous and endearing light — his life, his facetious character, and the effervescence of 18th-century Venice. Come dressed up! Costumes, masks, glitter: Carnival is also in the auditorium. A special competition will reward the most beautiful mask — bring out your finest creations! As with all our Family Concerts, a snack is offered to children after the show.
