From 14 to 25 September 2026, the Mairie du 8e arrondissement hosts the exhibition "Une hirondelle sur les toits du 8e arrondissement" by artist Cécile Raynal.
Through her paintings, Cécile Raynal offers a unique perspective on Paris, and more specifically on the 8th arrondissement. Rooftops, facades, windows, and urban perspectives become so many viewpoints from which to rediscover familiar places from a different angle.
Her work gives particular importance to the architecture and details that make up the Parisian landscape, inviting visitors to gain height and look at the city differently.
