Syndrome 81 has taken the time to refine this cocktail; melodies are increasingly present, arrangements even more elaborate, and the atmosphere even colder, without losing any of the energy of the catchy anthems that characterise them.

With Prisons Imaginaires, the songs gain even more effectiveness, and one can already imagine future concerts where the audience will sing along to the cleverly formulated choruses.

Like the music, the lyrics are raw and cold; they are stories of life in Brest, the far west, far from the capital, far from everything. Syndrome 81 describes like no one else the daily spleen and boredom of life in Brest in songs imbued with greyness.
