Sonya Pinçon, a singer from Rennes, and her jazz trio pay tribute to the legendary pianist Horace Silver, inventor of “Bop & Latin Blues”. Renowned for her soulful voice and charisma, Sonya takes you on a unique musical journey, celebrating the legacy of this great jazz master. On piano, Ludovic de Preissac, arranger and pianist for major Parisian jazz clubs (1st prize in piano, winner of Jazz à la Défense), has played and recorded with saxophonist Bob Mintzer and clarinetist Eddie Daniels. He is also the author of several albums, including West Side Story and Les Paradoxes de l’instinct. On double bass, Cédric Caillaud, who has accompanied China Moses, Thomas Dutronc and Scott Hamilton, among others. On drums, Stéphane Stanger, a CMCN graduate, teacher at the Rennes Conservatory, and a jazz and blues musician.
