Rotem completed his studies in classical composition and jazz performance with honours at Tel Aviv University and The New School in New York. Rotem tours with his band almost all year round, performing at world-renowned festivals and clubs. He has performed in countries such as France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Slovenia, Mexico, Chile, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Israel, the United Kingdom, Canada and India, among others, and has led workshops worldwide at prestigious universities and schools. He has performed in numerous clubs and festivals around the world, including the Polanco Festival, Chutzpah Festival, Marseille Festival, Nice Festival, Exposure Festival, Montreux Festival, Utopia Music Festival, Bern Festival, Ottawa Festival and Sonora Jazz Festival, to name but a few.
