With Etienne Champollion, he found the ideal partner. A multi-instrumentalist, virtuoso pianist, and arranger, he knows Jacques Brel's songs inside out.
Together, after almost ten years of performing Renaud on stage, they decided to create this show where power and poetry, brilliance and madness, tenderness and laughter intertwine.
Guitars, piano, accordion, and ukulele allow for an acoustic approach to Brel while respecting the immense work of the Brussels singer. The interpretation is personal, but the emotion remains universal.
After "Mon Renaud préféré" and "Mon Brassens préféré", Julien Sigalas continues his quest... to perform the greatest stars of French chanson.
