Overview
Mélissende is a singer-songwriter. She sings wherever she can: in the intimacy of her creative space, as well as in hospital rooms, where she has been regularly performing for several years. Her deeply soulful voice adapts to places and moments.
She has opened for artists such as -M-, November Ultra, Czesare, Poppy Fusée, Ussar and Barbara Pravi (including 15 tour dates, among them La Cigale in Paris). Mélissende develops a personal and sensitive universe, between melancholy, sweetness, and sincerity.
She believes in the power of music to create connections, transmit emotions, and bring comfort. As she likes to remind us: it is this voice from the heart, which alone reaches the heart.
In 2024, she released the single Rien ne se passe, the first track from her EP Ailleurs, which came out on 25 April 2025. This project was very well received by the media, with feedback from Marie Claire, Tsugi Radio, France Inter, Libération, and Culturebox.
