Overview
Marshall Gilmour Webbs is a group formed by Louise Marshall (renowned singer from Jools Holland's band), Romany Gilmour (originator of the hit song « Between Two Points »), as well as Hattie & Charley Webb (known notably for their work with Leonard Cohen and Tom Petty).
The four artists became close during David Gilmour's 2024 Luck and Strange tour. In July, they performed a series of sensational, sold-out concerts at Piano Smithfield in London, leading to the addition of new dates.
They then collaborated with RGB Sessions (a British platform dedicated to discovering new artists, which produces and broadcasts sessions) to release covers and original compositions online.
Driven by powerful voices, ethereal harmonies, and eclectic instrumentation, they revisit the repertoire of The Roches, Dolly Parton, Billy Joel, Minnie Riperton and many others, while also performing their own songs, collectively written in Louise's living room.
