In a fair and funny one-woman show, dancer Andréa Bescond recounts her tarnished childhood and its consequences on her adult life. A moment of pure emotion, an unforgettable journey that touches us deeply. Odette is eight years old when Gilbert, a family "friend", draws her into secret tickling sessions. What follows is nothing but collateral damage. The child becomes a dancer, which saves her. Misunderstanding from loved ones, difficulty in building a life… Andréa Bescond knows Odette's story, it is her own. The actress uses her body as a partner to bring forth a host of characters: Gilbert, her dance teacher, a friend, her psychologist, her mother, a police officer. Moving from role to role with astonishing ease, she transforms in a flash. Created in 2014 at the Théâtre du Chêne Noir, "Les Chatouilles ou la danse de la colère" has since been crowned with success, including the 2016 Molière for Best Solo Performance and the Best Actress Award at the Avignon Festival in 2014. Adapted for cinema, Les Chatouilles was honoured with two Césars.
