On the occasion of the visit of Iemoto Akane Teshigahara, grand master of the Sogetsu School, the MCJP presents two ikebana exhibitions in autumn colours.
Ikebana Sogetsu, the art of transforming plants, is a reflection of the Japanese soul and a traditional art form. The exceptional presence of Iemoto Akane Teshigahara, grand master of the Sogetsu School, one of the most widely practised schools in Japan, will be an opportunity to discover different styles of compositions, both traditional and contemporary.
