At daybreak, a nomadic cabin arrived on the theatre stage. Freely inspired by "Howl's Moving Castle" (by Miyazaki), this funny house, which seems to come alive on its own, is the home of Fourmi and her bird-friends. Hens (real ones), each with her own personality, enter the stage.

Fourmi, a clown, is there to accompany them and ensure that everything goes well so that they can meet the public and deliver their message. They have something essential to share, Fourmi is convinced of it. She doesn't know how it will manifest, and she doesn't know when.

But what is certain is that it will happen at any moment. Fourmi is in sensitive and permanent connection with them.

The attention required by living beings in public is a real balancing act… She then naturally finds spaces to tell us her story and share moments of daily life and games with the hens.

She dialogues with them and gives them a voice, to question our world, while also questioning theirs and the way we look at them.

Through the voices of the hens, an intriguing, little-known sound space opens up, which also allows us to discover their strangeness and their ancestral origins… Far from usual training, by adapting to their rhythms and desires, the clown gives a full place to these often-misunderstood farm animals.

The poetic unpredictability of the hens is astonishing. "Life" flourishes on stage, with all its clumsiness, its imperfections, its unknowns, which evoke laughter and the wonder of childhood.

Beside them, Fourmi is a spokesperson, she makes the link between this human world and this animal world, between the stage and the public. Through her sensitivity, she testifies to this bond of affection, to their respective paths that cross and echo the current world.
