Not because he considers it important to honour parity in contemporary music, but as he so aptly puts it: “The best way not to get your balls broken by feminists is to be their boss.” After unplugging his electric guitar in 2012 to dedicate himself to more “cerebral” shows, in order to finally pass himself off as an artist to a certain fringe of the champagne socialists, Didier decided to form a rock band again (named DISCOUNT) because it’s more relaxing for him and intellectually more accessible to the poor, who have become a largely majority clientele in our country.
