Arnaud Bernard, aka BLOWSOM, was raised on The Beatles, which he listened to on repeat with his family in the car. At just 8 years old, he tuned his first guitar, but his teacher ended up in jail, and Arnaud ultimately taught himself.

His passion became palpable at 18 when he decided to study music in Brighton, England, to follow in the footsteps of a band he adored, The Kooks. There, while discovering computer-assisted music (MAO) software, Arnaud became BLOWSOM.

At the time, it happened on Soundcloud, where he shared his music, surprisingly electronic. Despite interest from the media and a few labels, he naturally returned to a more pop style, tinged with rock, like the bands he admired. ”, in English.

A critical success, he developed a taste for the exercise, and very quickly, the need to reconnect with his mother tongue became apparent.

He then discovered a new breath in French, and his songs, which he began releasing in 2025, took on a whole new dimension, exemplified by his track “Les Passantes” which quickly reached a million streams. Entirely independent, Blowsom composes, produces, and mixes alone.

Without a tour manager, he announced a Parisian date at Point Éphémère, which sold out in 24 hours. Carried by the enthusiasm of his community, he decided to aim bigger and announced a concert at La Cigale, his largest venue to date.

He also met his audience with a first mini-tour in Lyon, Lille, and Brussels.

Strong from this new start, he surrounded himself with a team, choosing Panenka Music and Zouave to accompany him on the rest of his career, notably for the release of his first French-language EP “Les Passantes”.

On an indie pop with rock accents and effective melodies, Blowsom speaks openly about his past relationships, the difficulties of falling in love again, and fragile hopes.
