Les Paladins

In 2001, Jérôme Correas founded Les Paladins, an instrumental ensemble with which he explores the dramatic repertoires of the 17th and 18th centuries. Passionate about the stage, he then embarked on research into the theatricality of the voice and the expressiveness of instruments, in both operatic and sacred music. Les Paladins thus collaborate with directors from diverse artistic backgrounds (theatre, video, puppetry, dance, circus). They perform in variable configurations, ranging from a quartet to a Mozartian orchestra, in France and abroad. They have recorded with Arion, Pan Classics, Ambronay Editions, Naïve, Cyprès Records, Alpha Classics and B Records. Today, they have begun a regular collaboration with the Aparté label. Les Paladins are also involved in cultural mediation and professional training for young singers and instrumentalists. In 2026, Les Paladins celebrate their 25th anniversary. This anniversary year will be marked by several highlights, including stage creations, concert creations, and album releases.
