With this seventh studio album, this Swedish band continues its incredible journey between light and darkness, noise and calm, upheaval and appeasement. In their fluid progression through deeply human emotional terrain, Joel Ekelöf (vocals) and Martin Lopez (drums), two prog-metal experts, continue their exploration of the human mind, heart, and soul, with a visionary approach, enhanced by an even heavier touch. Flanked by Lars Enok Åhlund (keyboards and guitar), Cody Lee Ford (guitar), and the returning Stefan Stenberg on bass, they push SOEN's lush artistic evolution even further, with a sound that takes on the appearance of flight.
