What can you do with a string of objects, stories, songs, and a few bits of string? A funny and rhythmic musical show that rhymes poetry with fantasy. How so? A snail riding a motorbike! A ladybird on a swing! And why not chatty fish! What? There are some in this show too! As well as an imaginative cat, jealous hens, two mischievous chicks, a few raindrops, the breath of the wind, a string of umbrellas and hats... all wrapped up in smiles, poetry, and songs. "Radio, the transistor, wireless telegraphy and French chanson… A whole sound, musical and visual universe from the 1950s recreated on stage by a character somewhere between a clown and a poet, with the air of Jacques Tati, Charles Trenet or Yves Montand. Listening to his transistor, melodies or weather forecasts, he performs a few dance steps, sings, braves rain and wind, takes care of his imaginary bestiary (tea-ball mice, frame dog, funnel hens, boot ladybird, roller-skate snail...), plays an extraordinary instrument (small organ)… A solo where the comedian, singer and manipulator of his small theatre of objects, delicate, quirky and comical, walks the tightrope of sung poetry, awakens a colourful past and does not hesitate to play with whimsical situations, close to the absurd.
