The heroine, a radio host, lets people walk all over her and always says yes to everyone. But following an accident, after hitting her head, she gets angry and starts insulting her colleague and the day's guest... and she finds it so liberating that she decides to make everyone around her believe that she has developed a condition forcing her to express herself in a crude and vulgar way. Will she eventually realise that this new way of doing things is no better than the old one, and can hurt her friends? She might then, finally, find balance.
