The Bramante Teatro association is organising a musical evening in the reception hall of the Mairie de Paris Centre. On the programme: a recital by the Kandinsky Duo, two young musicians who met during their studies at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP) and are now pursuing careers as concert performers. Pianist Étienne Caron and cellist Soni Siecinski, both winners of international competitions, will perform:
Sonate n°2 pour violoncelle et piano, opus 117 – Gabriel Fauré
Sonate pour violoncelle et piano, opus 6 – Richard Strauss
Silent Woods – Antonín Dvořák
Soni Siecinski, who has a left-hand disability, plays a unique inverted cello, created by a collective of luthiers thanks to the Talents & Violon'celles association. This concert will be followed by a discussion on accessibility to culture and artistic creation.
