and 3-010420 (L3)). Florent Marchet has been pursuing a unique path in French chanson for over twenty years, at the crossroads of social narrative and constantly evolving sound research. The artist today announces his return to the stage with a concert at La Cigale.
Since his beginnings, and over the course of several albums, Florent Marchet has established himself as a distinctive voice, multiplying collaborations (Philippe Katerine, Jane Birkin, Gaëtan Roussel…) and transversal projects spanning music, literature, and stage creation.
His tours have taken him to the biggest stages and festivals, both in France and internationally, firmly establishing his universe with the public.
Today, he arrives with a new project written between France and the Mediterranean, where we find what makes his writing so strong: a particular attention to human trajectories, to fragilities as well as to impulses.
Carried by more organic sounds and a renewed approach to sound, his new songs accurately explore contemporary tensions while leaving room for light.
